CT Scanning Service
Our CT Scanning Services enhance our metrology capabilities, ensuring swift and precise measurements of parts and assemblies, non-destructive internal CT imaging, inspection for porosity, and part to part comparison analyses. We offer the following:
- Detailed measurement analysis for CAD comparison
- Reverse Engineering of components (3D X-ray data conversion to 3D model)
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Rapid and accurate measurement of standalone parts and assemblies
- Non-destructive assembly imaging and measurement of internal component interaction
- Defect inspection including voids/porosity analysis
- Part-to-part comparison for deviations over time
- Colour mapping to highlight dimensional variations, shrinkage, and warpage when compared to CAD.
CMM Measurement Services
CMM Measurement Services are the bedrock of our metrology capabilities, ensuring swift and precise measurements of parts and assemblies. With our Zeiss Duramax 555 and O-Inspect 863 enabling Vision, Dot Scan and Tactile measurement methods. We are able to offer the following:
- First Article Inspection / Initial Sample Inspection reports
- Steel size verification – 3D model to cavity compliance
- Reverse engineering – plastic / steel to 3D model
- Gauge R&R studies
- DoE Measurements
- Independent measurements for moulding qualifications (OQ/PQ)
