Our greatest resource is our staff. Knowledge is a key factor in ensuring that we provide the best service possible to our customers and that we perform our work in the most timely and efficient manner possible. For this reason, all of our staff have taken extra curricular training courses where available in addition to their extensive in-house and academic training. Currently, we are working with our Marketing Department to create in-house training manuals and videos so that we may become a self sufficient training center. Well instructed and educated individuals are essential to any company, but especially important in the manufacturing industries. Timing, quality, and precision are everything. |
